Customer Service Specialist – Fleet

DriveMyCar, Australia’s largest peer-to-peer car rental company, requires a Fleet Co-ordinator to work in our newly established vehicle handover centre.

This is a full time role reporting to the Fleet Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Conduct vehicle handover inspections with customers
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, live chat and email
  • Update online booking system
  • Co-ordinate the cleaning and servicing of vehicles
  • General office duties
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and OH&S requirements.

For this role you must:

  • Hold a valid NSW Driver’s license
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Have excellent customer service skills and be well presented
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Strong organisational ability and an eye for detail.
  • Be punctual and well organised
  • Be able to follow a documented process
  • Be computer literate

 

Digital Producer/Project Manager

To fuel our growth we are seeking an experienced Digital Producer/Project Manager to take our our suite of digital products to the next level. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced online advocate with a passion for disrupting old business models, innovating and influencing to help us create industry-leading products that go beyond our customer’s expectations. This is a full-time role based in our office in Circular Quay, Sydney and reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Research industry sectors & customer needs and then develop plans to disrupt & dominate
  • Develop and manage the product and feature roadmap
  • Manage the product development life cycle including research, insights, wireframes, UX/UI, functional specifications, launch and ongoing optimisation
  • Co-ordinate designers, developers and external providers to deliver industry-leading products
  • Previous experience managing the delivery of digital products working in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Translate product strategy into actionable plans
  • Service desk management – bug tracking, change requests and product lifecycle management
  • Resource planning, estimation, timelines and briefs
  • Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
  • Review and integrate 3rd party applications
  • Ensure products are compliant with industry standards and legislation
  • Analyse and optimise conversion rates
  • Product testing and refinement
  • Write copy that clearly explains product functionality and drives conversions
  • Manage distribution of newsletters and customer communications

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following skills/experience:

  • Solid experience in a similar role
  • Excellent project management skills and able to juggle multiple projects
  • Understanding of web technologies including HTML and CSS
  • Proficient in PhotoShop, Axure, Balsamiq and Office
  • Working knowledge of Search, UX, website design and customer experience metrics
  • Ability to turn insights and strategy into effective products  
  • Strong problem solving, planning and negotiation skills
  • Flawless communication skills
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Project Management certifications will be highly advantageous
